Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FluxVision, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users and paying subscribers.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use FluxVision to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates the rights of others. Prohibited uses include generating deepfakes of real people without consent, CSAM, or content promoting violence. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy without notice.
4. Intellectual Property
Content you generate using FluxVision on paid plans (Creator, Studio) is yours to use commercially, subject to our AI model providers' terms. Free plan outputs are for personal use only and include a watermark. The FluxVision platform, brand and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.
5. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Credits do not roll over between billing cycles. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of charge.
6. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or service interruptions.
7. Limitation of Liability
FluxVision is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data or business opportunities.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of FluxVision after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
