We collect information you provide directly (name, email, payment details) and usage data (prompts, generation history, device info, IP address) to provide and improve the service.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to provide and improve FluxVision, process payments, send service updates, personalize your experience, and ensure platform security. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. AI-Generated Content
Prompts and outputs may be used to improve our AI models unless you opt out in Settings → Privacy. We do not share your content with third parties. Opted-out content is excluded from all training pipelines.
4. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored on encrypted servers in secure data centers. We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3 encryption, role-based access controls, regular penetration testing, and SOC 2 compliance audits.
5. Third-Party Services
We use third-party providers for payments (Stripe), analytics (PostHog), email (Resend), and cloud infrastructure (AWS). These providers process data under their own privacy policies and our data processing agreements.
6. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Generated content is stored for 90 days after creation unless saved to a project. Deleted account data is purged within 30 days.
7. Your Rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from Settings → Privacy. You may also request a full data export or account deletion by emailing privacy@fluxvision.studio. We respond within 72 hours.
8. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Optional analytics cookies help us understand usage patterns. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings or our cookie banner.
9. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries outside your residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards through standard contractual clauses and data processing agreements with all sub-processors.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
